We are ready to make inspection on operated coke drums, between cycles, during the time the coke drum stay ready to be turned. As the equipment we design are explosion proof.

Another interesting solution, that we are propose for the companies,

which machine the cobalt-, Nickel- or Titanium-dased heat strength special alloys, is a new system for hardtool wearing monitoring: AILITE™ HTM.

The AI-based software analyze the high-resolution photo of the micro objects of the damaged hard tool’s working edges with resolution capability up to 15µm with following prediction on the cycle numbers you can use the hardtool.
